The plants have moved in

My 'abandoned' ones finally caught up with me. I'm referring to my plants; precious collections that define the enjoyment of a hobby for the past 5-6 years.
Mostly rare stuff like Anthuriums, they are starting to colonise the apartment I am currently living in. It is real tough to grow plants in an apartment. The inability to water freely and for the plants to receive direct sunlight and rain leads to plants slowly declining and eventually perish.
The balcony in the living room is filling up with plants, and one of them (Anthurium pseudospectabile) has crept into the bathroom to enjoy high humidity and easy access to water.
Yesterday and the day before, the skies came crumpling down with heavy thunderstorms in the late afternoons. Peals of lightning etched the dark skies as I sat watching the rain yesterday afternoon in the apartment. Temps dropped to a cool 23-24C that night. This change of weather is good because it brought rain to a parched island from nearly 2 months of dry weather.
